FF5 for DS

I wish FF5 would come out for the portable nintendo system. FFIII look awesome in 3 Dimension and so would FF5 (and much more so).

FFV is fine as it is on the GBA since it was only a port then it was easy to make - personally id like them to finish FFXIII and its stuff then Re-making FFVII before even thinking of remaking FFIV FFV And FFVI for the DS or whatever

There's no point in remaking the game. A simple port will do. The only reason they re-made FFIII is because it had not been released outside of Japan before. They added like two new boss battles when they ported it to the GBA, which is dumb, so I say they've messed with it enough. You could argue a port to the PSP, just to be fair... but it really doesn't affect me either way.

I've played the FF Anthology version of the game and loved it. Sof ar it's my favorite of the old school games, with VI very close behind. It's out for the PS1 on Anthology and now on the GBA, so I doubt it will go to any more systems for a while now.

Nah, it's already on enough systems as it is, especially since they just JUST released it for GBA. You know what needs to come to DS? Final Fantasy Tactics.

Slightly off topic, but sort of still on the same base.

I heard in Japan they had a survey. What did they want? FFIII (The one NA bever got) for the DS? Or FFVI (the one we know and love) to be remade and put onto the DS... Sadly, III won.. I'd rather seen it in a nice 3D environment.

Although I agree: FFV on the DS would've been killer, but wouldn't make sense. Why would Square release FFI-IV (skip V) and VI all on the GBA, and then release FFV on the DS? It'd be like putting the 4 games in a hat and randomly choosing.

Yeah, FFV for the DS would surely be a killer(positively, of course), though I don't see why they have the need to remake the game again.
Then again, they're gonna (remake and) release FFI and FFII again, this time for the PSP...

Some things are better left as is. I also can't wait for Final Fantasy Tactics to hit the ds. I've played a little bit of tactics form the gba and it was fun. Revenant wings also looks pretty good, it also changed its play style. It resembles an rts in my opinion.

I think FFV is crying for a remake, it would work so well,personally i like the idea of al the FF classics being made like FF3 and 4 are on the DS

Well since FFIV is now being remade for the DS i think that FFV and VI may also be remade for the DS too...with I And II getting remade for the PSP and all these others going onto the DS it seems that Square want to remake them all with the best graphics they can so hopefully FFV will get remade for DS and the PS1 FFs will get remade for the ps3
