When I played through I took the Brave Knife. But it had a lower attack rate because I'd run from quiet a few battles (which is pretty rare for me in FF games).

I always got the Braveblade, cause I can't stand running from battles. Running is for cowards, and it is also a waste of good Exp. Actually now that I think about it, i've never ran from a battle in any FF game besides X...

chiken blade is da best for me because i run away from those nooby battles that give me no xp or money.

I'd prefer the Braveblade over the Chicken Knife. I only run from battles if I'm trying to save my HP leading up to a big boss fight. I haven't gotten either one, so I'm still a few wins/flee's short of one of them.

I chose the Chicken Blade because I tend to run away from battles too much (I have a bad habit of not having enough healing items on me, so sometimes my party's HP and MP gets so dangerously low that I can't even risk battling any monsters). I never even used the weapon, though, so it didn't really matter.

I chose the chicken knife because it's power can't go down, whereas if you run from just one battle the braveblade loses power.

I usually choose the Brave Blade. I rarely run away from battle. Although, I don't really use this weapon. I'm sure it would be rather powerful if you kept leveling it.

i never liked either of the blades the brave blade is a waste of time espically because alot of the eneimes gave off little to no exp in the early in the game plus the chicke knife ALWAYS made me run i auctually preered the dancing dirk that was a awesome wepon too bad you cant get 2 love sword dance

To be honest, I barely used, but I prefer the Braveblade... For the most part, I hardly ran from battle as well, except on that rare occasion.
