i thought the ending was great i liked the part where steiner and beatrix hold the save the queen up together i think there should be a sequel theres lots of stuff that couldve carried on like kuja coming back some new eviler villain couldve grabed garnets necklace to do something destructive with it steiner and beatrix coulve been married fratly may have remembered freya etc...

Personally, I think the story would have been much better if Garland had of been human and been Kuja's and Zidane's father. Towards the end Zidane would go to another castle in Gaia where both lived and kicked both their arses there.
All that strange underworld rubbish ruined it for me. The life and death part about Vivi was good, but the the two worlds colliding was just over the top...
I think that the whole Necro thing is just an excuse to have an extra boss on the end! They must have got bored of the same boss respawning 3 or 4 times in different forms (sephiroth, ultimecea.. etc) and decided to just have 3 seperate fights - not complaining though!
As for the story branching out toward Terra/Gaia, and memoria, it just makes the tale more interesting i feel.. I suppose if the whole story had involved just going afer Kuja on Gaia and nothing else - Im sure the game would have been a lot shorter and definatly not as good. The Memoria thing co-incides with the idea that the memories of others live on inside you. The cystal world, although obscure, was still good IMO.. i do think however that they should have made this a bigger place rather than 4 or 5 screens and a couple of battles until the boss.. but then you did have to go all the way through memoria to get there so it would probably be a pain hehe!

I think theyr all as good as each other, I dont really compare them tbh as I like them all. Each one (apart from 12 which was so poor it let the whole game down IMO) is so rewarding, you have travelled all this way, gone so far, and you finally get to see what it was all for. 9 is great, really nostalgic, and full of twists and turns right up to the last scene.
Theres alittle secret at the end, if you wait until the very last screen that says 'the end,' press

No. Just no. And there's such a thing as "grammar", you should use it. It'd make your posts easier to read.
As much as I love Kuja, we don't need villains coming back. We've had enough of that cliche with Advent Children.
An "eviler" (that's not a real word) villain grabbing Garnet's necklace wouldn't do any good. It worked in conjunction with Eiko's, so being by itself wouldn't do anything more than a normal summon.
Plus, were IX to get a sequel, it wouldn't be done by Sakaguchi and would probably be led by graphics-whore Nomura. In other words, it would be a flashy game with no heart, just like everything else Nomura touches. It ended perfectly, we don't need another X-2. Not to mention IX probably doesn't have a big enough fan base to warrant a sequel.
