Garland probably, I actually felt sorry for Kuja by the end
Either him or Zorn & Thorn because they were just corrupt little feckers

I'd say none of them are really "evil" as they all had - at least in their own eyes - good motives, and Brahne was manipulated anyway.
I'd say Zorn&Thorn are really the most evil ones there, since they seemed quite sadistic.

Kuja, of course. He manipulated Brahne into a warmongering, genocidal psychopath and created the black mages.
Black Waltz wasn't evil since it was a machine (or something close, anyway). Zorn and Thorn kinda were, but they were too lame and useless to do anything too bad. Brahne was just manipulated and Garland was simply fulfilling his duty and trying to keep the Terran race going.

Exactly, Kuja is by far the most evil out of them choices. He is one of the most eveil characters in the series

i'd sasy it was a tie between kuja (especially at the end of disc 3 with what he does to garland and terra) or zorn and thorn because of theitr attitude towards others

Both Kuja and Garland had perfectly human motivation for their deeds.

Garland of course. Even if we are lead to believe that Kuja was acting of his own free will...he is ultimately Garland's pawn. And his ideas...and motivation to take over another world...that spawned from Garland...Kuja was acting out of insecurity and confusion. And whether or not you want to believe it...he was doing Garland a favor by acting so irrational. Ultimately, Garland's plan to use Kuja as a pawn...it worked.
Garland is the true mastermind.

Garland was trying to make his race survive so he was not that evil, Kuja is a reject so at least he as some excuse, but since he destroyed a planet with no remorse i guess that makes him the more evil.

Although I love him to death, probably Kuja in the begininng and throughout; not the end.
Kuja had his own personal selfish reasons for doing what he did. He had a wishlist and who do whatever he could possible to get his. maybe it was the jeolousy of Zidane early when Zidane was created, or possibly it was just shere ambition, but he used and corrupted anyone he could to get his desires.
In the end however, I think he showed a hint of who he really WANTED to be when he saves Zidane and Co. in the Iifa Tree. He has a deep desire for good intentions, but like everyone who ever lived, no one's perfect. Kuja had his failures like everyone else, but at least he ended on a good note.
