Tetra Master
So, basically everyone of whom I've mentioned this to has given me the same responses: "It's too difficult.","It's confusing.","The one on FFVIII was better." However, I saw nothing wrong with the game and understood it perfectly. To a point even, where I still (to this day) haven't lost a game. I know, I know; "Pics or it didn't happen." Sad to say I don't have any pictures. I mean, I've started so many files on that game keeping up with it would be a hassle.
I'm not starting a thread with the means to gloat, I'm simply starting this thread to begin a discussion on one of the most enjoyable mini games in the FF series. I heard that you could play it online at some point, however I believe that's been taken offline. I'd really like a DS port or something...who's with me?

Tetra Master is the shit. How dare they compare it to the shitty card game in FFVIII. It was hard for me to understand it at first, but after the first 5 games, I owned everyone and haven't lost a game since. Although, the did make a real life version of Tetra Master, and I really... REALLY want to buy it, but it's expensive and hard to find.

You can find it on Ebay, but they're selling it for about $125 and up.

I still prefer Triple Triad, but Tetra Master can be pretty good once you figure out how the numbers/letters on the cards work. And trying to get as many of the cards as possible is fun.

I loathe Tetra Master, I just did the card tournament in Treno and wanted to DIE. I can't stand it at all, I think it's awful. I'm fairly sure I understand how it works, but I just don't like it. I might like it better if I wasn't total shit at it I recall actually liking it a bit last time I played... but I really do prefer FFVIII's. Tetra Master is the only part of FFIX that I haven't liked so far... D=

Ah, Chocobo Hot and Cold was alright. But now..I may just buy Tetra Master...sure some will say I wasted my money..but I've dreamt of this ever since I was a kiddie >=O
Triple Triad was eh..I never did get into it as big as Tetra Master. I loved the tournament in Treno because it meant higher levels of difficulty. I suppose I enjoyed challenges with that game *shrug*
