Well unless that's what he would look like in an updated graphics form, I hardly can call him Kuja just yet. Kuja in FFIX had more of the Japanese affeminate look to him and the hair was more...silvery.
I can't scroll up to look at that picture here in the Comp Lab anymore in fear of someone thinking I'm gay...ugh.

Well actually I found out that Travis Fimmel isn't the artist.
He's the model used to MAKE the picture.
Look him up on google, you'll see the resemblance right away.
I think this was meant to be a realistic version of Kuja.
