I have finally completed final fantasy IX... but the last two bosses were disappointing. Kuja sucked. And the big blue thing?? It beserked all my characters (cept eiko) with Grand cross, and we stomped it!! Hehe...

Anyone else find the deathguise harder??

I played this game SO long ago so I can't remember the Deathguise, but I do remember that I also thought the last bosses were a little easy.

I'd definitely rate Necron over Deathguise, however his Meteor attack was a real cheap-shot, especially considering he uses it before the fight even starts. Pretty much always either nearly, or DID annihilate Vivi. D'=

Trance Kuja was a pushover. I was so gutted to see that he was using really... well, poor attacks for an end-game boss. I wouldn't so much mind, but his Curaga was healing next to nothing in comparison to the damage I was dealing out to him, so he just wasted turns using that... and Flare? Come on Kuja!

Necron didn't give me damage problems as such... just those irritating status effects. Easy enough boss though.

And... congratulations. Six years late, but well done anyway. ;D

Not exactly a legend since many have completed it already. But the thing after Kuja was called Necron. I gotta admit Necron was lame, but Kuja? Nah, he was one of my favourite villains from the entire series. He actually did have a plan of evil.
