i doubt it...maybe some fans ported it over to the psp and so those websites mistakenly put FFIX under the PSP section?

But anyway i think that if FFIX was ported to the PSP it would be a huge sucess and i cant see why they havnt done it yet.

I'm constantly checking official news sites and I've seen nothing of the sorts dealign with FFIX on the PSP. It was only released about 6 -7 years ago. No need to work on taking it elsewhere at this point in time.

PS1 Emulater on PSP.
You can make your own PS1 games into PSP games with Custom Firmware or you can buy them from the PS3 shop with 3.0 and above

It'd be REALLY good. However, I don't like how Squenix is just making port after port after.... I like ports, but there's a fine line that marks when you've exploited "porting" too much. For the sake of the old game, I'd rather have it stay in PS1 only. However, more people need to familiarize with this game, as not many gamers play FFIX. Then it is good to make a port and make it widespread again.
