Around the beginning, the CGI when it looks like Garnet smiles and falls to her doom...but survives ^^

Pretty much every scene with Kuja; he always has dark, beautiful lines worth quoting.

The almost kiss between Beatrix and Steiner. It always make me laugh.

When Zidane finds out about himself and such on Bran Bal (spelling?), Terra. Very emotional.

The whole ending sequence of the game; the play, and then the reunion ^^

There's definitely more, but those come to mind right away

I can't believe I actually forgot to mention Beatrix.

As such, I change my answer to include any and all scenes involving General Beatrix. She adds something to the game that's essential for me to like it as much as I do.

Alexander vs bahamut movie scene, especially when Eiko is falling down to Garnet... and the scene when they arrive the first time in lindblum

Bahamut VS Alexander.
My, that was one hell of a fight, even if it seemed a little too simple. (Alexander taking only one of its attacks to crush Bahamut)...

When Eiko called that girl that looked like Zidane a bimbo or something of that nature. hahaha. That was classic.

Probably the bit where Zidane starts to lose his mind somewhat after Garland informs him of his origins, and the other characters (led by Garnet/Dagger) band together to help him, topped off by the music You Are Not Alone.

The FMV where you enter Memoria at the end of the game is pretty special too, pure spectacle.

The beginning where Sarah/Garnet is being rocked by the waves in the boat, and in Terra and Pandemonium. I love how Kuja goes absolutely ape-shit and starts to destroy the very world hge was created in, and when Zidane is going through his bipolar syndrome, I love how the other supporting cast members come to talk him back into being who he was and not let the past affect his personality.

Also, Bahamut attacking Alexander and getting juiced was sweet.

It's been a long time since I've played this game, but there's a part on disc 3 where Zidane is limping across the screen, and it's just him, and there's really cool music in the background.

Edit: Just checked the OST, that track is called "You Are Not Alone", I think, I'f my memory serves me right.

I liked the beginning, it just seemed really nice despite it's origins

The Alexander and Bahamut fight scene was simple but really really great as well
