Card Game...
Really pisses me off. I STRUGGLED through the card tournament in Treno on disk three. I think my cards are decent... But I just lack a common knowledge of the numbers and things. ....It's supposed to be a fun mini game, dammit! Not something you get head aches over. * Help? =]

Before doing the Treno Tournament, get some practise with random people around Treno who may play...it isnt too hard when you get used to it...if i remember correctly...

Yeah I played some... I basically got the hang of it. I just want to know the fine print details. What the numbers and letters on the card stand for, you know? Cuz getting beating is one thing. I'd like to know why I'm getting beat. "Knowing the flaw is the first step to overcoming it", kind of thing, yeah?

I started off losing like my first 5 games I played, but caught on quick once aI got at least 2 good cards that I could own with. Once you get a good inventory or about 2-3 cards, you can build from there and easily demolish the card competition all over Gaia.

the card game just annoyed me - i never played it except when i had too lol - probably because after completing the card tournament and battling with Steiner and Beatrix i died and had to do it all over again plus like 45 minutes before that too

Ugh...that's the kind of thing that'll make me quit playing a game for like an entire month. I hate it when that happens!


I don't really understand FFIX's card game either. I found Triple Triad much more fun.

my advice since i have beaten the tormament is to well u 1 powerful card andthe rest be weak and have them in all directions so once u pull that powerful card out(mine was bahamut)to cause a mean combo might even cause a perfect!!!

Lol, I found the game fun, actually. Yes, it had its annoying moments, but that's what keeps me going...I like the challenge. But I do like Triaple Triad more though.
