Useless as he was, I always wish I had him with me during the Magnetic Cave. I mean, it's better than trying to beat that place with only four characters.

I hated Edward. I only used him when i had to and the only thing i could do was use sing or whatever and that barely worked or use heal but that used up all of my potions...edward sucked.

Edward has the best post-70 random stat increase in the whole game - 4 points each to Strength, Vitality, Wisdom and Will - but unfortunately, he leaves far too soon for this to be of any use. On the plus side, if his pool of random stat increases was kept the same for the GBA version, then in said version he's far less useless than he used to be.

Wasnt he the guy that kept running away? Whenever he got hurt, he ran away and i couldnt heal him because when i did he ran fromt he healing.....he was unreliable to me.

Edward was a 2 way character...at times he was good later in the game but at the very start if he died i wouldnt revive him..simple fact that he didnt help much at that point in the game
