Dark Knight or Paladin?
Did you prefer Cecil as a dark knight or a paladin?
While I liked his abilities as a dark knight, especially "dark" when you would come up against a bunch of weaker enemies it would be a quick kill, I'd have to go with paladin. It was nice to have him be able to cure when you didn't have Rosa part of your party. I also used his esuna so I wouldn't be wasting Rosa's mp. Also, this will sound shallow, but I think he was cuter as a paladin because you can see his face in the menu.

I'd prepher Cecil as a Dark Knight tbh.
Sure Paladin Cecil has alittle White Magic that can come in handy at times but rarely and I never used his 'Cover' Ability once! Tho he has protected afew of my weaker members at times that really helped.
However Dark Knight Cecil has the awesome 'Dark' ability, which is great in battles against a big group of monsters like the Goblin fights at the start. Sure they'er a one hit kill each anyways but isn't it grand just to wipe the lot out in one go? Saved me alot on Psychitrist bills thats for sure.

His white magic was alright in restoring characters health when his HP was low..but compared to Rosa, his magic was rubbish. Good attacker though. I do prefer him as a Dark Knight also.

Dark knight, just the thought of "dark" as well as the damage it would do, and, well if he would wear something like dark armour.. well you know what i mean, read my sig and my name and you probably should have figured out what i would have choosen

Truthfully, I liked him better as a paladin. His restorive magic was really helpful, and his attack was insanely strong once he got in the higher levels.

He's cooler as a Paladin. He's not so wimpy that way.
