Best Place to Grind?

Hi, right now I'm have the magma key to enter the underground, but before I go down I want to grind my chars. They're all at around LVL 33-34 right now. I want to grind them up to LVL 40-41.

Where is the best place to grind?

I think that the best place is in the underground. you get put next to the dwarf castle which has an inn so you might as well just go down there and level up. Even the easiest enemies which is the dark imps give you over 1000 exp. for beating them

It's been a while since I've played the game, but LVL 40 seems to be a bit, uh, high for that point. o.o;;

If you're looking for a place to grind, the best place to do that at any point in the game is just wherever the strongest enemies are. At that point, they'd be outside the Dwarf Castle or in the Tower of Babel.
