Is that Brother...?

In the flashback scene when Cid talks about the past, is one of the other passengers on the airship, Brother from Final Fantasy X & X-2?

The scene I'm talking about is after the Fire Crystal when you get another airship and you prepare to leave the Floating Continent and before the Water Crystal.

I know what scene your talking about, but I highly doubt that it is him. Although it would be a nice easter egg.. I'll check this out, actually.
