Josef
Who else thought Josef was a cool character?
His story is by far the best in this game.
He helped the heroes get the snowcraft and then died protecting them.
He was also a very good character in battle, he was a very powerful unarmed fighter.

My Mood:
For a NES game, Josef was a really developed character, and his act of Martyrdom was amazing, i also thought he was really powerful too, and it was a shame we didn't have him for too long.
I've been cheated by you, since I don't know when
So I've made up my mind, it must come to an end
Look at me now, will I ever learn?
I dont know how, but I suddenly lose control
Theres a fire within my soul
Just one look and I can hear a bell ring
One more look and I forget everything, o-o-o-oh

definitely he's one of the coolest characters in FF2. actually when I played this game his story is one of the things I'm looking forward to because of its reference in FF9. and no, we can still use him for long enough time in soul of rebirth. though a bit sad coz he starts to be the weakest characters there. but still I think unarmed fighters rock in this game.

Josef was an awesome character. It really sucks that he bit the dust. Somehow I had a feeling he was going down when you ran into him the first time. :/

I loved josef since i saw him in nes he is very powerful compared to the characters you already have and his drama queen scenes make him unforgetabl. So to me he is pretty cool.

I knew Josef would die because of the reference in FFIX. I made the most of his time in the party and trained a lot while i had him. I didn't expect him to be crushed by a giant snowball though

Holy shit... I never knew that referred to Josef. And I even replayed Final Fantasy IX after playing through Final Fantasy II. Wow... never dawned on me at all. No matter how much you think you know about this series you can always learn more.
