Even if you don't use the elemental magics...Temper and Haste were still good to have. It's a really nice combo too.

Every time i've played through I use a party full of Red Mages. It makes the game so bloody easy, actually they shouldn't have let people choose to use one class more than once.

my party consited of
worrior
theif
monk
red mage

but at the last battle the red mage was no use at all because of his low level magic and sucky attack,

i beat the game without a sweat with the default jobs

white and black mage
but i replaced the theif with a monk (GO MONKS
