Whatttt? This is kind of a random face-off. O_o
I'll go with Seifer on this one. Yojimbo sliced a monster in half. Seifer sliced up Odin...ODIN...
Not to mention that Yojimbo is being controlled by a chick, and Odin is so bad ass that he only comes when he wants to. XD

Personally, I like Yojimbo, simply because (excluding Anima) he was my favourite Aeon in FFX...
Seifer was cool, and his take-down of Odin was pretty sweet, but I like Yojimbo better...

Zanmato is a different type of attack then Zantetsuken, even FFXs most powerful enemies the Dark Aeons, are powerless against it. That being said i don't think Seifer as enough power that he could counter or escape Yojimbo's attack.

Odin and Yojimbo are slightly similar, with the only difference that Odin fights when he wants if he wants and that he just plays with his opponents and that Yojimbo won't move a single muscle of you don't pay him.
Seifer is a simple human, regardless of what he did. Seifer was strong enough to turn Odin's attack against the mighty GF, resulting in a lethal attack that split Odin in halves.
Yojimbo can kill anything with Zanmato, though the attack is also an instant killer like Zantetsuken. If Seifer were to face Yojimbo, I am not sure if he could counter the attack, but he would survive seeing that, your party can (if lucky) survive Zanmato when fighting against the Dark Aeons during the final battle against Yu Yevon.

I don't think Seifer turned the attack back on Odin. He just chopped him in half with his gunblade.

One thing that i think it's also important is that unlike Odin in FFVIII, Yojimbo as more skills i don't quite remember their names, but you know just messing Zanmato would not render Yojimbo helpless, also Yojimbo does have Daigoro to support him too.

My vote's going towards Seifer, the GF Killer, on this one. If Seifer were to fight Yojimbo, I'd doubt he'd survive against Seifer's mad skillz.
