How about an "Excused" status? It's when one character is forced to leave the battle for a few turns due to uncontrollable diarrhea.

There could be the 'Sneeze' status effect: so every time the character sneezes, they lose a bit of health.

The affected person starts babbling random words, laughing their ass off, and seeing flying pink monkeys fighting flying purple monkeys. They may also see Penguins coming to invade, and they will flee the battle, screaming with ear-splitting 'EEEEEEEEE!'
