FF series...

So, I've been playing WoW for the last year+, but before that i was an avid FF player... i ate through most of the classics, FFX, FF-X2, and a month of FFXI... I bought a copy of FFVII for PS, but can't seem to find it, and now that I have a decent system, I'd much rather play on this than the PS anyways... any suggestions on where to get it? can't find it anywhere under 100... I'd also like the other games in the FFVII saga... also, what order did all the FFVII games come out in? I think i should play them in that order...

XD i hope you arent implying that X-2 is a classic?
Anyway FFVII is hard to get hold of. I suggest you try looking in the second hand section of gamestores.
If you cant find it there, then try ebay and the like.
As for the order of the 7 series, it would probably be easier just to google it. Sorry i cant be of more help

Ya, I'll be checking the local gamestores on friday... eBay is uber expensive, already checked there x.x

the order according to wikipedia:it said before crisis was a subscription based game for mobile phones in japan... anyone played it? I didnt see anyone say that they had in that specific forum...

P.S. by classics, i meant NES/SNES ;D FF-X2 would've been hard to get through w/o all the eye candy...

For the FFVII series its best to play them in the order they were released and not chronologically story-wise otherwise it ruins alot of the story. I haven't played it yet but I'd imagine that CC has ALOT of plot spoilers regarding the original game and DoC. The storys before the film allows you to understand the film a bit better (as they are essentialy the 'link' between them) as it may be confusing. Plus the 'Maiden' one in particular explains the original games ending.

-FFVII
-Then find the short stories of 'The Maiden Who Travels the Planet', 'Case of Denzel', 'case of Tifa' and 'Case of Barret' before watching 'FFVII:Advent Children' which is the film.
-Dirge of Cerberus
-Crisis Core

'Before Crisis' and 'DoC:Lost Episode' are both mobile phone games not available outside Japan unfortunately.

You can't find FF7 at a reasonable price? I had no problems getting ahold of FFVII at £12.00 on eBay.
