lol But you do know that the lightning materia can destroy machines, right? If Tifa has maxed that out, she could destroy those machines in a heartbeat with the lightning materia, and then she'd proceed to just use her spectacular martial arts skills and beat the living shit out of Volgin. So yeah, I'd say Tifa wins.

Martial arts skill can only do so much.
Especially when your opponent is stronger and more durable than you and can fire bullets at a whim with just his hands.
