Curse the Gi Tribe! Damn those bastards to Final Fantasy Hell!
Yay  New members! But the only reason I bumped it is because it's the only Nanaki fanclub out there (It's actually in the Directory), and people seem to have forgotten about it. Nobody should forget the howling feline, nobody! 
And no, I can't do whatever I want. The ony reason...well, I'll just repeat myself if I say why I bumped it. Either way, if I'd made a new thread, we would've had to merge it with this one, so really, I saved our other mod a lot of trouble .

All I can say about that is that things were harsh for him. I mean yeah, he was turned to stone and never got to see his family again, but for Nanaki to go through life thinking that his father was a traitor was a bit cruel. He should have been told from the start what his father had done in my opinion. It would have been great to see other versions of Nanaki's species running around in the Canyon, but of course this does give his species extra back up story for the mind to work out.

I'm thinking they should've put in an AMV sequence during the Cosmo Canyon trip, it would've made it much more interesting. You know, instead of just Bugenhagen telling us what happened, give us an AMV with his narrative Imagine Nanaki as a cub!

Deffinantly, an AMV of Nanaki howling at the moon would have been amazing too I think. Part of the reason I would want a remake of the game for PS3 is to see that particular scene with top notch graphics, that would be completely amazing.

God, I'd love to see what Nanaki looked like as a kid! Maybe a few scenes of his battles, you know, when he got whatever scars he had?

More of a back story? Like you said, would have been nice to see where he got his scars from and such. How he got caught by Hojo and the likes. Would be nice to see appart of the battle of Cosmo Canyon and how seto ended up like he did, y'know

Backstory would be really nice. There is little enough emphasis on him as it is, he has a very minor part after his story in Cosmo Canyon. The biggest thing that he said was that little Meteor shtick at the end of the game.
