Well personally i dont like any one of them they all look like girls except for maybe Loz but he acts like a retard so that does not make him any better!
But since i enjoy the fight sequence between Loz and Tifa and he does kick some ass i will choose him as my favourite of the three!
But make no mistake i dont like either of them.

Loz, and Kadaj being 2nd. Loz and Tifa's kick-ass fight was my favorite scene, and that's when I first really noticed him. He's a cry baby and that's kinda cute. xD For a Final Fantasy character, anyway.
