in the waterway control room ( the half a circle looking room) if u were to take one of the 'routes' in what would be the SW portion of that room u can get to the sw corner to fight the mousse.....i was sure there was no way in there at first then one day i just found it......its there...

I'm curious to know why they stuck a level 15 mark in the middle of a 35+ mob area. It's virtually impossible to get to him and actually be able to fight him until you're high enough level to kill your way to him.

There's areas in the waterway that aren't visible on you map until you find the candle, that's why it seems like you cant get to the southwest area, just keep looking and you'll find it, i had the same problem.
