I was just wondering do you use cheat codes or do you think it's wrong to cheat...

I'll hold my hands up and admit that I've used them just last night I started FFX again and I really couldn't be bothered to build my characters up (just wanted to play it for the story) so I took my Action Replay disc and put a load of cheats in so now I have infinite HP, MP, Items ect...

i always play through games the first time around the normal way. after that, though, out comes the codebreaker! i find it fun to be able to destroy everything in your path.

Sure, you will enjoy the game much better without cheating. But after u finished the game, I think there's no harm in cheating a little.

Don't know if u people here know a game called Baldur's Gate II. After I beated it for the 6 time, I cheated to created a godly party, just to kill every single being in the game.

Not on FF games, nope. No point in it at all. If you want to do it on a second playthrough, go for it. However, if you cheat on the initial playthrough, it just would seem to ruin the feel of the game and the story. I just personally won't do it.

I almost never use cheats. I don't see why anyone would use cheats on the first time. The whole point is the challenge!

I may use cheats on the second time if it provides something special. Flying, for instance. As opposed to infinite HP.
