Like OMG after beating Cid in the second iencounter recently at the Pharos i thought i had done prittywell but after watching the cutscene after itin which Reddas Dies i was majorly gutted, i mean more gutted than when i had to kil Sephy at the end of VII i just think Reddas was an awesum character who didn't deserve to Die even thought he wasn't playable what are everyone's opinions

To me, Reddas was the link to the past, the sage, the experienced Judge who discovered their darkness (most of it at least) and just wanted nothing to do with them anymore. It's sort of like hanging out with the wrong crowd all your life, but once you hit a maturity level in your life you realize you have to move on.
Reddas is the guy who sits back and is stepped on over and over again, but he's the one who delivers the "Final blow"; destroying the Sun Cryst.
Great character in my opinion, and link to the past.

Yeah I kind of agree with Bust.
I think some of Gabranth's words made his will stronger. ''No, we cannot escape the past. This man is living proof'' When the cryst became unstable, he sacrificed himself because of his wrong doings in the past.(Using the Midlight Shard in Nabudis)

Remember to use spoiler tags. There are still some people who won't have completed this yet.
I liked Reddas. Although I had an early impression of sky pirates from Balthier alone, Reddas only furthered my high expectations of them. However both come from completely different backgrounds from typical pirates, so I suppose they're two of a kind. His final moments were quite moving.
Bloody useful in a lot of Hunts too.
