Levels At Garuda (Raithwall's Tomb)
So I'm having difficulty defeating Garuda and was wondering if I should level up.
Balthier - 15
Fran - 15
Basch - 16
Vossler - 17 (Not that that can be changed o_0)

i think you can have an effect on his level depending on the level of your party
vaan:15
basch:15
ashe:15
vossler:16
you can cheat this battle by doing the moogles sidequest and picking up the berries and using them on garuda then he is utterly defenceless

I ain't bothering to use Vaan, he's waaaaaay too weak to bother training now.

yeah the berries stun him and after a wave of quickenings if he is still alive you can kick his ass with physical attacks

I was about level 12-14. I used the berries and had Vaan as healer while Fran, Vossler and Balthier used range. I found it quite easy that way as since Vaan was close up, he was taking all the hate so he was just healing himself. After that I didn't go back in to Raithwall's Tomb until I was about level 17-18 (think I might have had all my party at 18).
