FF XII love or leave?

I've not been playing FF XII For long but tbh im getting slightly bored of it.
im just past the bit where you get to the oil rig place in the desert place
(sorry i dont know the names ive had it like 2 days!)
and its getting slightly repeatative.
any suggestions into sticking with it or just dumping it al together?

I really enjoyed it mostly for the battle system and the "different" story. It is pretty slow in some parts though, especially early on.

I don't really have any tips to help you stick with it, per se. All I can say is its different and a bit more slow paced than previous FF games, so its understandable that some have issues with it.

But, it does get better as the story is fleshed out. There's also not many side quests you can do that early in the game, which may be part of the problem, as well.

All I can say is stick with it, it will get better.

You're getting bored of it now? Wait til you get nearer the end when you're trying to get wepaons like the Tournesol. That was boring. and difficult. and time-consuming
