Yea, there are a few different usergroups that look the same on FFF. The biggest one being "Administrator" and "Site Owner". You can choose which usergroups you belong to... and which usergroup is shown as your "class". I am a Senior member, GMod, and a Friend of FFF but my class only shows that I'm a Global mod. So in short, yea, there are "site owners" that may look like regular members or administrators

Thank you for not answering my question.
What I wanted to know is that even Admins don't have full ACP access? Even to do something as small as upload new smilies? Because that's pretty fucked up.

Yea, as Site Owner... DB can do things that Admins can't through the ACP. I thought that was clear in my answer. Ah well. Is that good?
