Members Opinions Needed

Hi everybody. I've been through some tough stuff here lately on the forums as you well know, but I've had a lot of doubt. I've heard a lot of strange things, seen a lot of things I don't want to see and had to put up with a lot. I know sometimes I come across really harsh, but it's not my intention. My best intentions are all in favor of you guys so I need to know, how am I doing as a Global Moderator on this forum? Do I take care of you guys? Do I do a good job in keeping up the forums, keeping the drama and spam low? I think I just need a little reassurance from you guys. I need to know how you really feel about how I'm doing on this forum and if I'm making it worthwhile. If I'm not, what can I do to change it or would you prefer me to be replaced with somebody else and I left the forums? I'm not looking for compliments, I'm not looking for a pity party, I just need a little peace of mind from the members as to how I do on here. I don't really want to get into "why" just yet, but I may in the future. I just don't know right now, but if you guys could give me some feedback on my performance as a Global Moderator, it would be greatly appreciated. Please be honest with me. This is very important. Thank you for your time

Frankly, your doing a great job. Your strict - but fair. You do your job properly.

And i can't really expand on that without it sounding like im kissing your ass - so ill just leave it simple:

Your doing a great job and you dont really have any reasons to doubt it.

Mandi, don't let anyone tell you any different: you're doing great.

You had to work quite a lot on your own during the ... predicament and I think you coped with it quite well. To be honest, if you hadn't been here during the hard times, then FFF might not be as ... whole as it is now. I don't think you're "strict" - in fact, I think you're pretty leniant, given how both Tethar and I were as Global Mods

Well, I'll be as honest as I can be.

I don't really see much going on about the mods, g-mods and admins (yes, I suppose this includes you)... But this maybe because I can't really see whats going on, like... When there is a topic going out of hand, filling with flame throwers and spam cans, some people dont go, "Okay, this is enough. I'm closing this thread." And some do say that. But when they don't, Im not sure who did it or what.

Also, Im not really clear as to the role of a global mod... Other then being able to tag threads in all forums, and ban members. But since about 98% of the members here (excluding the raid last week) are very nice, and tend to not flame or post much spam, then there really isn't a need for any mods. But should something arise, I'm sure you'd do something about it. I'm assuming your feeling like your not doing a good job because theres nothing really to be done. In which case, all mods will and should probably feel like that.

So I think your doing a fine job, as nothing is wrong with the forums. Don't leave us, stay and protect us.

Do I take care of you guys?

I give you an A+. I know many times I'd see someone expressing a concern about spam, a troublemaker, or drama, and you would instantly be there to step in and restore peace and order to FFF. Our site would not be as successful if you weren't the person/staff member you are.

Lol You know my opinion but I just wanted to publically say I support you. And you're not perfect, but no one is. Honestly you do a damn good job.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate hearing this. I'm just worried that sometimes my moderation isn't up to par or that I'm just not doing a good enough of a job *shrugs* I guess sometimes a person needs a little reassurance, especially when I'm told that a lot of you guys have complained about me.

I think you are doing a great job and I think you're very fair. Trust me, I've seen much harsher moderators on other forums.

The people who complain are probably the type that run off crying everytime someone raises their voice at them.
