Please post broken URLs here
Please post specific URLs that are broken here, and also if you could describe the page where you accessed them from.

For instance the images for the buttons at the bottom of a post like Reply with Quote etc. aren't working for me. Also the link for Reply with Quote does not work, because for instance it is linking to:
http://www.finalfantasyforums.net/news-and-updates/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=...
when it should be linking to:
http://www.finalfantasyforums.net/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=...
The forum name is being added to the link, breaking it.

This is most likely due to vbSEO. Post all errors you find today, and tomorrow I will disable vbSEO. Then we can see the differences.

All usernote links on peoples profiles. "Find threads by user" "Find posts by user" All these links lead to a vbulletin message saying "User is not registered and therefore has no profile to view"

The same message comes up when going to PM members from their profile. The link at that time was as follows;

Combined with what Mark was saying, it's safe to say that profiles are buggered.

I've added <base href="http://www.finalfantasyforums.net" /> to the site header. Let me know if this helps with anything.
Seems the problem is the /memberslist/ is being added in there for some reason. I don't know why. I might have to check the templates at some point.

I've checked all the links on profiles except "PM this member" and they all seem to be working again

The user is on/offline icon seems to be back - as are the "moderator / global moderator / senior member" etc stars are back too.

This is extremely strange, that directory already has 777 permissions. I can't understand why permission would be denied.
