I'm fine with either/or. Whichever would benefit the site better, make it quicker to load, but still within price range. I voted New Server though.

If you're talking about a cheap ass skin, then of course it wouldn't cost much. And I'm not talking about any cheap ass looking skin here. I intend to have a high quality, professional skin for the forums which is gonna cost me quite a lot. You know, sometimes the look of the skin can attract the new visitors to get them joining on the forums. |

With all of this busy server nonsense that's going on...members can't even log onto the site for more than 5 minutes at a time! =x

New server.
Time on the forums is better overall than looking at some cruddy 'busy' screen all day, and you can't do anything looking at it.
Sure a new skin may be nice, but what other use does it have?

Surely you can find someone to make the skin for free though, DB? This is a pretty large forum. I'm sure there's someone who would do it for nothing. Afterall, in our team on ACF, there's about three people willing to do a custom skin for the team. Out of the 6000 members here, there has to be at least one that would do it.
And how the hell does a skin cost $900 anyway? And where do you get that kind of money from anyway?
