Mod for the Graphics section
We need one. I was very disapointed after a made a sig for the sig of the week competition and found that it had been cancled due to the fact there is no one to mod the comps. I must suggest that it must be people or someone who is active in that section and can organize these things. I would have to say that myself, Scrutator, and eidolon, and whoever else is active their would be the best canidates. Please take time think about this.

Yeah i saw that happen - it did Kinda suck that the sig of the week contest had to be closed because there wasn't anyone to mod that section - especially after some of you put hard work into making your sigs.
so yeah i agree with Mateus - we do kinda need a graphics mod

I actually brought it up with Darkblade in the staff lounge after the threads were closed. I really don't see a big fuss about having to have a member of staff run SotW, because the only thing that a staff member is required to do is stick/close threads, really - that could be done if someone was just supervising the thread. Unfortunately, the concept of "spamming and flaming" is too much of a worry for Darkblade. I'll post back here when I know more.

I understand how this may be considered a worry but don't see how a SOTW compo could be looked upon as such, especially since it's meant to encourage activity in a forum which really needs a serious look at.

Indeed Scrutator, I concur. As far as regulating the competitions and helping to boos activity, my vote goes for Eidolon.

Plus the SOTW comps also help the members improve their photoshop skills like I have been recently doing. And plus its fun for people that like this kind of stuff.
