Information HQ Threads.
I only just remembered that they're there, so this isn't much of a priority. The threads in the main forum of Information HQ need to be updated xD The majority of them explain various areas of the RPG, though, so they might just simply need to be archived.
They USED to explain the old RPG but when that was taken offline, I ended up editting a number of them myself when I went on my spree of updating rules and guidelines. So aye, I thought I'd just bring it up. Like I said, a number of them will probably just need archived ... but, as of yet, they still say that the RPG is currently in development, so that gives you a rough date xD
