I propose!
The creation of a stickied "Where's that thread!" thread.
I can't count how many times I've lost track of where my favorite threads were at. Not to mention I spend at least 30 minutes a day (when I'm on FFF) trying to find old threads, which ultimately leads to failure on most occasions. AND, a thread finding thread would also help newbies find their way around here!
So, I propose the creation of a "Where's that thread!" thread. It's simple. You just sticky the thread so people can find it right away. If you've lost your way around the forums, or if you're trying to find a specific thread, just say "hey, I'm trying to find a thread about this/that", and other members can either speak up if they know where it's at, or help you find it!
Well? What'ya think?? ^.^

Actually that sounds like a really good idea! And it can really help for those who are thinking of creating a thread but don't know if there is one like it or similar. The search thing we have on this site doesn't work very good I think and it's not really reliable, so I think this can actually help out a lot of members.

That's not that bad idea...The problems I see with this is:
- Newer members ignore the thread and post a thread anyways. As they ignore the help booth section and user name change thread for example. :/
- Can cause spam, but that can be taken care of. People tend to repeat things.
- The "Where to find" thread is used for a while but it eventually dies out.
Other than that, it's a pretty good idea and it can help members out for sure.

Yeah, I would find it handy as well. x_x Searching for topics is time consuming, and sometimes you think they don't actually exist but they do. (Different thread names... ) Some threads aren't located in sections that I would except them to be actually located in as well. :/

But thats the esay solution, and theres the search feature too, these just get ignored however

But for that to happen, it'd have to list every single thread made and the place it was made. Furthermore, it would have to be updated all the time and every member would have to frequently read it to prevent "duplicate threads."
