It would be a good idea to move it to the bottom. Whenever I open the page I can barely see the top forum links because of it. And it is spelled necessary.
Also, I think in order to get it moved you have to change settings somewhere in the server settings? Or contact the advertiser, as it could be part of their advert, to find a spot at the top of the page and make it cosey. Previous Forums I've been to always had their ads at the top too, but they were much smaller.

well i think it is a great idea to move them to the bottem but here is an idea move to a server that prefer popups that can be stoped easly.

Your suggesting popups over a single ad?
....
That is just a -horrible- idea. Unlike the Ad, popups would try and emerge on every page, while the ad is stationary and can be easily remedied by moving it to the bottom, popups would cause pages to run slower, possibly contain virus' and be a hell of a lot more annoying than a stationary Ashe ad.

Please not pop-ups. Pop-ups are worse than two gold digging Ashes up there. The ad doesn't lag the server much, nor does it appear on every page. Pop-ups do those things, and they also vary on the topic, rather than having the same ad all the time. Great for people who liek ads, not great for normal people.
