Oooh. I am starting to guess its thanks some server-related problems, and perhaps cos of the many different hacks installed in this forums, plus the number of members, threads and all....
Well, the problem already left me.. Seems it particular enjoys haunting me on a fort-nightly basis, attacking nearly at random...

It is common internet courtesy to put a disclaimer on the page somewhere that says something to the effect of "For best viewing results...." You'd be surprised just how many people still are unaware of Firefox's advantages over IE.

The sb lag is finally gone thankfully. Its loading up instantly as oppose to never now

Im at home and using firefox.....I had no idea it made a difference at all...it would be nice to have something somewhere to tell people (who are abit dim like me) that Friefox could fix lag preoblems >_>
Although Im still not fond of it, I guess I'l just have to suck it up. I came on before, still using IE coz I forgot liek, and it took like 5 minutes to load a gay thread. sO I thought fuck this! And changed over
