Another Fault with Veteran Member Status.
When I came back the other month, Josh told me about the new Veteran Member usergroup, and to bide my time until he'd sorted it out. We thought he'd fixed it ... but apparently not quite. I'm not bashing on him - it's probably just an overlook.
It was well known that threads were being deleted the other night, but I could not see them at all - no message left to say "Thread deleted by BustaMo." Looking back, I've not seen any moved-threads for a while, or any deleted posts. I was speaking to Warbourne not long ago and he mentioned that all he sees is deleted threads/posts in the FF sections.
I'd guess it's just a quick overlook in the set-up for the Veteran Member usergroup ... but with restricted ACP access, I'm not sure what you can do, Busta.
If it helps, it used to be under "Manage Usergroups."

Another fault with the Veteran member class was that once you reached it it removed you from the top ten posters list - which is why You riku, Tidus Blade and Gaaramaster were all removed from it - which i pointed out in the thread. but I pm'd busta about it once i caught on to what the fault was, and he fixed it - so he should be able to fix this problem too...

Hmmm... I'm pretty sure senior members aren't suppose to be able to see what was deleted and by who. That might be an error with their usergroup, not the veteran usergroup.

I'd always been able to see it before I'd shifted up to a Veteran, though. So, if it's a fault, it's been a fault since the beginning.
On that note, why aren't seniors supposed to see what's been deleted and whatnot?

Yeah, when I attained my senior status a while back, I automatically latched on to the fact that I could see what was deleted and by who.
I thought it {the ability to view them} came with the privilege of being senior members. 
EDIT: Yeah, if it surely was, it must've been a fault for a long, long time.

...actually, come to think of it, I went straight from being a n00b, (I actually did see things back then - but that was over a year ago), to a Global Moderator, to a senior member, to a Moderator, to a Veteran Member. That'd explain why I'm having withdrawel symptoms.

lol Probably. Either way I'm not really 100% sure on the privileges given to the senior members but I would be stunned if you were actually suppose to be able to see deleted posts and threads. I know it was discussed that senior members and veteran members could see invisible members along with increased room in their PM box... but I never heard anything about seeing deleted posts.

I think somewhere along the lines, that thing about seeing invisible members got switched with seeing the deleted posts, 'cause we, I mean *I* (just in case), sure can't see any invisible members. xD

We cant SEE deleted posts and threads, but we can see who deleted them and why, which i noticed strraight away when i became a senior member. for example if you click on the FFVII section you can see threads which have a red box next to them, which if i hover over it tells me there 4 deleted posts, for example.
