I'm still dissapointed by the lack of female fighters in this - Ultimecia aside - I still feel that they should have went with Edea instead of Ultimecia...I'm still hoping for Terra/Celes/Aerith/Tifa/Yuffie/Yuna etc...
Squall looks ok, but the skirt thing? No...Just no.

It's only artwork. If it were the in-game design which we see then yeah, it'd be kind of annoying the way she turned out. Though to be honest I see nothing wrong with that image of her. 
Besides, it's a given that they'd re-vamp the characters' design.

Bastard! You forgot to mention Beatrix and Agrias! But Tidus is also in the game, and he's not in that pic Cerri posted, so I'm sure there'll be more characters.

ive played IX and i no he looked like a chick n that too, but the new design is just..just wrong..or at least worse than the old one
ultimecia does look like a hooker.. i wonder how shes gonna keep that dress shut while shes fighting

It irritates me just how many people are stomping around about how this game is being killed for them when they know fine well that, if they own a PSP, they're going to buy this game. None of you are stubborn enough to actually miss out on this game because the revamped designs aren't to your liking.
Ranting aside, with a controversial opinion to this thread, it makes me want to actually buy a PSP just for this.

New Kuja looks bad. Old Kuja looked awesome

I actually wouldn't buy this game, or go anywhere near it. For one thing, I hate SE. Second, Nomura fux0red with the characters, even his own. Thirdly, I've got better fighting games to play than an animu fighter. I really don't expect there to be much depth to this game, nothing like what you'd find in Virtua Fighter or even Soul Calibur.
