Neither really, but more love it than hate it, because I've never had a problem with it. That's probably just down to luck though. I prefer using the iMacs at school, but Windows is a good enough replacement for me.

I use both Microsoft and Internet Explorer - I've never once had any problems with it in the whole 11 years my house has been connected to them.

I mean...they make reasonable software and have done a good job putting out patches and such. But with any company that gets so large, they suffer from having to appeal to everyone, and as such, their software gets "bulky". Windows is getting inflated; every new version gets bigger because they have to keep putting in these "family-friendly" features and walkthroughs and who knows! But ultimately, it is the de facto operating system and it's going to be around for awhile.
Linux is a favorite among a lot of power-users, but I haven't been able to really embrace it, yet.

Windows is "bulky" not just because they keep on adding all that crap, but because it was so poorly written in the first place. The code for Windows is just a mess, very sloppy and badly thought out. And they wonder why the have security issues??
And Necron, that statement about a Mac not belng able to do as much, I beg to differ. I can do more on my Mac, and do it better on my Mac, than on Windows. Have you ever tried video editing on a Mac vs. Windows? You'll def. see my point then, lol.

Windows Movie Maker, there's a masterpiece (I hope you can see my sacrasm, lol). There's that video of the guy trashing MACs the whole time, but at the end he says basically "My name is .... and I'm an editor. I put together everything you saw tonight...on a mac."

Video editing is much much easier on a Mac. With programs like Shake, Final Cut Pro and even iMovie, Wondows is blown out of the water in terms of video editing.
Not to mention the security issues and the all to famous Windows blue screen of death!!
