Apple's iPhone
The Apple iPhone's a craze where I live, I've heard tell of people lining up from about 3 days before the actual release to retail. There's also much media hype about its features, its looks, whatever it is...
So, are any of you owners of the new device, or are planning to get one?
Either that or we can discuss it here, and why it's creating such a craze.

My friend is a total Mac whore. MACs are better than PCs Apple rules everything etc. and he's been buzzing about this Iphone since like...March. so he'll be one of the first in line to get one...
ive heard so much about macs and apple that im sick of them tbh, someone who isn't a Apple fanboy (like my friend) explain to me why this Iphone is so good? Please?

But jokes aside, maybe when the prices go down I'd buy one? The price is outrageous in my opinion, but the features (not the ones in the parody lol  ) look pretty good. I guess that's the future. *shrugs*

The price is crazy, the features are lame, and wasted money better spent on liquoring yourself up so as to do something retarded. IE - Buying an iPhone

the iPhone is way to much in one. i cant wait to see all the bugs and shit that come with its first gen.and plus i already have an ipod(well zune) and i already have a phone. why would i pay 600 dollars to meld them together? and i dont need GPS i know where im going |

Anyways!
The reason why Iphone is so popular because Apple is good at marketing their products. Apple is know to make thing that are user friendly and are more ergonomic towards the consumer.
Iphone is definitively not as good as a Smartphone Treos. Iphone is just easier to use and it's 'cool' and 'hip' to have one. A Treos takes a while to learn how to use one properly. They have better pixel resolution, more ram and better overall than a Iphone.
Oh and you can get virus on Mac... You just have to be unlucky and dumb enough to download an .exe that is a cross platform virus for all operating systems. Oh and usually those viruses totally mess up your computer.

There not that expensive really for what they are. The 4G version is $499 which is about 400 Uk pounds.
Anyway im off to Honk Kong in the sumer so i intend to buy one there

Haha, if I refuse to pay $600 for a ps3 (at least the price went down to $500 but screw that, still) then I sure as hell won't pay $600 for a damn phone. But some people have to have the latest and greatest crap, and it seems to do some pretty cool things. If you have $600 to throw away then cool, must be nice.
