You're not entirely alone thar. Although she wasn't personally my only reason to play the game more than once -or once at all for that matter- but she's definitely the best character in it.
I'm hugely disappointed in the lack of scenes featuring Rosso, really. Yes, the game revolved around Vincent... but come on... she was a key villain. D=

I wouldn't say she was the only reason, cool as she was. Overall, I liked the story and all the new characters (well, Weiss was a little generic). The gameplay wasn't anything groundbreaking, but I've been hankering to give the game another go-through lately (along with XII and IX).

She kicked my butt afew times, but I was looking forward to the Nero fight, that's all I was really looking forward too anyway (altho I DID quite enjoy the game) You can imagine how dissapointed I was when he was a complete pushover. I did struggle a fair bit fighting Rosso and she was pretty cool char aswel. Love the female villains so much scarier than the men!!

I see what you mean.
Scenes featuring Rosso and Nero were sparse, I suppose it is a decent reason to replay the game - as tedious as it may be - because they are very memorable characters.
