Changes from the Old

I was just wondering. How did you guys feel about the change from the regular Final Fantasy Games where its more tactical compared to Dirge of Cerberus that was a first person shooter. I personally liked the change because it was a little different then i was used to playing. Did anyone suspect this to be a first person shooter without reading about it?

No, I didn't.

I didn't like the change so much, 'cause the overall feel of the game wasn't as magical. I didn't mind the battle system, but it was the fact that the story just felt totally linear; more so than the other FFs. I have a long way to go yet, but I can't say I thought the difference was positive. :/

I wasn't that fussed to be honest, I guess I would of expected it to be turn based if I didn't already know it was an FPS altho I like thos anyway it just wasn't a GREAT FPS

It was fun enough to play but it could of been better I guess.... O_o
