Angeal sounds like one hawt kind of brutha tbqh. I think he's probably going to become one of my favorite characters.
Zack sounds a little goofy, but I think it suits him well.

I think Zack's voice sounds great, but Angeal's I'm going to reserve judgement on... Over all though, I don't think they sound all that bad tbqh. Some people seem to hate Sephiroth's, but I think it suits him just fine.

They're the same voices as in Advent Children, no? That's George Newbern's voice, unmistakably. As for Zack, he also has the same voice as in AC and, if I'm not mistaken, that's Gippal's voice actor, from X-2, aye?

I don't have any opinion on Zack's voice except that I didn't hate it. That "MIA" scene reminded me of Tidus from FFX though.
Angeal was okay, had a deep voice that sounded pretty cool. Has the whole mentor thing down and everything 
Sephiroth was good too. I don't think they used they same voice actor for him as they did in Advent Children and Kingdom Hearts II which is good 'cause I didn't really like his voice in either of them, but maybe it's a matter of context?
Now let's see what the other characters sound like.

I think Rikus right, the voice actor for Sephiroth is still George Newbern from Advent Children. Alot of people said they liked his voice in Advent Children, but not in this.. I like it though.
As for Zack, alot of people are angry that his voice isn's as "upbeat" as the Japanese VA. I say we still have the rest of the game to decide on that, since we saw him in a pretty boring scene.

It's all good until someone attempts a laugh  FFX has totally ruined it for me I cringe everytime now

I noticed myself that it does sound different and I'll present two different reasons for this, the first of which being the simple fact that his voice has matured even more since Advent Children. The second reason is more plot-related.
We've only heard Sephiroth speak in events after the original game, which show Sephiroth as fully aware of his heritage and his family history. He is the menace that we know him to be by the end of VII. However, this scene is before the time when he 'goes mad,' and the tonal differences in his voice may be to emphasise the difference in Sephiroth before and after the Nibelheim tragedy. If you think about it, his voice is much more sophisiticated and full of thought in Advent Children (and even in Kingdom Hearts II), whereas his tone is much lighter here.
