Why the hell isn't Sephiroth doing his little 'air guitar' thinngy in the second one!? haha oh well.

Badass. I'm glad another FFVII game is coming out in North America. Unfortunately, I don't have sound so I can't hear anything but hopefully the voices and lip syncs are better than FFX. I hope they used the voice actor for Sephiroth in CC as they did in AC because Lance Bass was simply a bad choice in KH. I'm definitly going to have to get this game when I get money.
Not to get off topic but is there a NA version of Before Crisis?

No NA version yet, but maybe there will be soon... its on TBA status.
As for the lip synch I heard they did work to make the lips match like they did in (some other game) looks pretty good from where I'm sitting.
I just can't help it, my love of Zack prevents me from accepting the NA VA. He doesn't have the tiny gutteral snarl behind his voice, that playful tone that makes him really 'puppy-like' (thank you angeal)
Actually, imdb is wrong. They said that Tifa was going to be played by Rachel Leigh Cook, when all of her lines are actually text based. No VA for her in Crisis Core. And as you are about to find out...
