hahahah xD
It is the best exercise, swimming is like a close second but I can't swim so well.....
And it gets rid of the old headaches aswel 
Apparently if you go to long without it, you just lose the urge 
Can't say Iv ever had that problem, I had a 6 month drought once and I was climbing the walls
