I can't do that - they're watching!
The other night, I was out for a meal with my mum and dad. The restaurant was packed and so we were asked to be seated in the waiting area until a table was free for us. In the waiting area, we sat next to a man, who was alone, reading the paper. He was given a table before us and, soon after, we were also given a table - right next to this man.
I'm not entirely sure why, but I assumed that this man was on a date and was waiting for hs partner before ordering. However, the waitress came over and he ordered his starter, main course and dessert. He was out at the restaurant, eating alone.
I thought to myself - how strange is that? How sad must you be to go out to a restaurant on your own and have a meal at a table-for-four? And then I thought - you know, maybe he's been stopping himself from ever coming out because of what people, like me, would've thought. However, on this particular day, he didn't care. He was quite happy to eat out alone.
It got me thinking about times when I've deprived myself of doing something just incase someone thought it was strange and the stories are in abundance. By the end of the night, I was silently applauding that man.
Topic: Have you ever stopped yourself from doing something based on the possible thoughts of an onlooking stranger?

Nah, can't say that I have really, i'm the type of person who'll do anything even if anyone is watching, like last weekend I was really bored in manchester so I decided to do the randomest and, most likely to other people, stupidest thing ever and walked through Piccadily Fountains whilst the were swtiched on! I was completely soaked but I couldn't have cared less that people were watching.

I'm sure everybody has tbh in some way or another.
I'm always doing things without thinking what others may think though. Don't know why but I just don't like being too 'normal'. I like to mix it up abit regardless.

I'm very much like that all the time... So much that it stops me doing alot of "normal" stuff as well.. I'm a paranoid, shy loser that doesn't have much of a life.... Oh well!
Great that that man was able to do that without worrying about what other people were thinking. I'd have congratulated him in my mind too.

Yesiree. All the time. I probably do that several times each day.
For instance! I was walking to class today when, all of a sudden, I got an intense itch in my groin area. I could have started scratching at it in the middle of the packed hallway, but I decided not to since I was afraid everyone would think I was playing with myself in public.
Bad example...seeing as it's just good manners not to scratch away at your junk in a setting like that. But still.
...when I think of something else, I'll be back.

I'm prettty sure I have, although I know I wouldn't mind eating alone -if t was during the day
The only thing I really have issues with is PDA. I fucking hate that, I can bring myself to hold hands/have a cuddle, but I can quite live without it. I hate it. Although Im not sure if that's just me or I don't like the idea of people seeing and thinking 'soft twat' haha
I know I have said to people, don't do that, someone might see, although my memory fails me at the moment, but it's usually Army Guy. He realy couldn't give a fuck what people think which results in me going bright red
He's the kind of persion you wouldn't dare to streak across a busy town centre because he will fooking do it xD

I've made myself look like a tit so many times in the past that I don't worry so much any more. There are extremes, of course, like running around in the nude or vacating oneself in public but other than that I think it's all fair game.
Just recently I went to the park with my mates (who are all 16 - 19 with the exception of one 29 year old) after the last day of college. We didn't care that all the kid's mothers were watching us with disgusted looks on their faces while were running all over the slides or jumping up and down on the see-saws. We were so relieved to finally have college over and done with.

Aaahahahah, I get that all the time. Those really intense itches. Or even when things sit ways they shouldn't and you just need to re-position some things. I always think, shit But then some folk just completely go for i (and some never leave the cocks alone ). I suppose, at the end of the day, we all have them and we should all respect how aggravating it can be if you don't fix yourself.
And, yet, we don't.

I never go to the cinema on my own, because it gives off the impression to other people that you really don't have any friends, plus, you'd be incredibly lonely..
