With a lot of people it starts off because they want to take control of their body, or some have problems in other aspects of their lives and want to 'fade away' by not eating, I don't know. Saying that they're just lazy and want to lose weight without exercising isn't true a lot of the time, a lot of anorexics combine not eating with over-exercising.

I'm going to agree with you on this i had a ED for 5 years and i think i would workout maybe 3 or 4 times a day i would eat like a meal a day so i wasnt particularly starving either but yeah generally they do alot of exercise
