What is the best classic game ever?
What game form the time of the PLaystation and back is the best of all time? In my opinion it is a four way tie with all Final Fantasy's, MEtal Gear Solid 1, The Original Mario Brothers (the one for the orignial nintendo), and all LEgend of Zelda's! It is too hard to narrow it down from there

It's too hard to narrow down to just one game or series but I'm almost certain I'd end up nominating a platformer as my all-time top classic game. It would probably be one of the following:
Megaman X
Super Castlevania 4
Castlevania: Bloodlines
Sonic The Hedgehog 2
Revenge Of Shinobi
Shinobi 3

My favourite classic has to be the Sonic series. Had endless fun (and still do) playing them.

Megaman X.....got so many great memories with that game! Super Mario is also a nice classic. But I'm still stuck with Secret of Mana...it's one of the best classics I've played IMO.

Great games on the PS1, NES, and SNES?
Unfortunately for me, I was kind of late in joining the gaming revolution. I had a NES toploader, but...the only games I had for it were Kirby, Ninja turtles, and Zelda. =x
Some of the best games ever created for PS1:
Final Fantasy VII
Star Ocean the Second Story
Vagrant Story
Chrono Cross
Legend of Legaia
I wish I had a copy of Chrono Trigger...so I could see what all the hype is about. =x

Chrono Cross is also amazing, but you definitely have to play CT Rhea. It's an awesome game, seriously!

Unfortunately, I gave me copy of chrono cross away...
My friend had been begging me to borrow it, so when I moved away, I just gave it to him. Now I can't seem to get my hands on it again. =x

Hmmm another one for the SNES: Terranigma
Absolutely amazing game. I still have it for my SNES and finished it a few montsh ago. I'm planning to play it again in the near future.
