Um, I'm still not all together sure about GFX terms, so could you explain what you mean by "transparency" and "animation"?

Transparency is what you did there in your sig. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong)
Animation has to do with images moving in the tag.

Oh, so no gifs attached to the sig, gotcha.
And for transparency, I decreased the Opacity on the different layers of that particular sig. So that's not allowed then; okay ^^

Decreasing the opacity in layers is allowed. By no transparency she means you can't have parts sticking out of the sig - like you do in your current one ^^

I think we should add a little note as to why we chose the stock/render for our tag to kinda explain that "strength value". I don't know about you guys but it took me awhile to find a stock that portrays that sort of theme, and I think that's challenging in itself. >.> So to explain the meaning behind the stock/render would be most helpful.

We can leave that up to those whose tags won the vote to be submitted for the challenge. If they just get in touch with the specific challenge starter then once voting commences, the information handed to them can be displayed with the works.
Seems like a good idea to me.

I would disagree with this suggestion of explaining the tag.
I think part of the challenge is trying to relay the message/theme without the use of words.
I don't think artists should have to explain the context of their art. It would be up to the viewer to understand it himself.
