WHAT? There are Chocobo spin-offs?

Okay so where have I been? I had no idea there were chocobo oriented games. Are any of them made for the DS console? What are these games like? Are they still RPGs?

None of the Chocobo games are RPG's (thus far). They are just fun, single player party games or puzzle games.

Chocobo Tales is for the DS, altho Iv barely touched it tbh. As said above, they are more lighthearted fun puzzley type of games. Those games tend to REALLY hack me off though.....

i've played Chocobo Tales, although i got bored of it pretty quickly, but it's just a series of puzzles isn't it? I didn't think there was an RPG aspect to it?
